Shipping & Returns

Shipping for all online orders within Australia is capped at $3.99. (This excludes large custom orders. Shipping for these items will be quoted during your initial consulation, before your order is placed).
We use both Sendle and Australia Post to get you order to you as quickly as possible. Please feel free to contuct us to discuss alternative options if you prefer.
Tracking numbers will be provided, however exact shipping times are beyond our control after dispatch.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days, for orders placed after 2pm.

Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Kayson Cuts we take great pride in our work and strive to make purchasing from us as affordable and hassle-free as possible. We take extra care to package our products securely, so that they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a product arrives and is damaged or is not to your expectations, simply send us a photo us at info@kaysoncuts.com.au and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
